I like r/mindfulness for tips on being in the moment, and I use my task manager app Acal religiously, which helps me keep track of stuff. It's very flexible and very customizable. (There is also a free ad-based version) It syncs with multiple google calendar accounts, lets you color code your events, set multiple alarms on any event, allows flexible parameters for recurring events, lets you choose what hours it shows on your daily view (handy for those of us who don't work 9-5), and includes widgets for daily, weekly, monthly, or running agenda views. It's amazing how hard it is to find a keyboard app with arrows, full keyboard, copy, paste, and assignable hot keys. Unfortunately, it hasn't been updated in years, and it's showing its age (no emoji, or predictive text) so I'm on the hunt for a replacement. I especially love having a whole row available to add any keyboard keys, and/or custom text. I also love Thumb Keyboard, for its complete customizability. Also, the developers responded right away, and fixed the bug, the one time I contacted them with an issue, shortly after they did a major overhaul of the app. I've been using it for years, and it keeps getting better. It even comes with a to do list function, and several useful widgets. Daily agenda can be customized to any hours (essential if you don't work standard business hours), tasks and appointments can be color coded, and setting up repeated events is a breeze, even for "every second and fourth Thursday" type events. It integrates with Google calendars, if you want that, or works as a stand alone calendar, if you prefer.
